Our Mission

The Zimbabwe Farm Project is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that uses social entrepreneurship to implement innovative, sustainable solutions for food security and renewable energy initiatives to facilitate organic farming. We are rebranding to Africa Vertical, Inc. as we continue to help African women increase food security and achieve economic independence. 

This name change reflects the universal aspects of our mission and the ability to scale and replicate this sustainable, organic agriculture women’s empowerment model across the Continent. Our comprehensive mission addresses sustainable agriculture’s economic, social, and environmental impact on women’s empowerment in Africa. Our program promotes a holistic approach to job creation and capacity building that fosters lasting change and improves the lives of those involved while contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible future.

Through donor financial support, we seek to continue to provide guaranteed income for the women involved in the project, primarily to support them throughout the harvest cycle to help sustain their families. Additionally, providing organic farm produce and eggs for their personal consumption demonstrates a holistic approach to our beneficiary support model.

Our Tax ID #82-0843418 ensures that 100% of all donations are tax deductible. Through employment the women earn meaningful wages and opportunities to elevate their families economic standing while learning valuable skills that lead to entrepreneurship.
